Paul F McMillian Photography, hereinafter referred to as Licensor, You the Client, hereinafter referred to as Licensee.

Licensor and Licensee agree to the following terms.

1.Licensor retains all copyrights and moral rights to each image.

2.Licensee may not transfer license to other parties or persons.

3.Reproduction rights, resale of any kind, corporate, permotional, or social media use is prohibited. Please contact the artist for other licensing and use inquiries.

4.Licensee agrees that altering images is prohibited without first receiving written permission from Licensor.

5.No variation of these terms or conditions shall be effective unless agreed to in writing by both parties.
